Username
The email address you purchased Slider Revolution or Essential Grid with. It is the first part of our purchase process to enter the email address.
You also received a receipt from our payment processor Paddle and a “Welcome” email from us in the corresponding inbox. If you missed these mails please check your spam folder or “Promotions” tab.
Password
Right after your first purchase you were asked to set a password to enter our member dashboard (we additionally added the link to our “Welcome” mail mentioned before).
In case you forgot your password, no worries, there is a “Forgot your password?” link below the login form of https://account.essential-grid.com. Just use your Username (see paragraph before) to set a new password.
Imported From CodeCanyon
Username
In case you imported your CodeCanyon licenses to our dashboard and you also didn’t have a essential-grid.com or essential-grid.com account before, an account was created with your Envato email address.
